Hello folks,
My husband (principle applicant) received an email requesting the schedule A application and police certificates last Feb. They wanted ready by the 16th of March this week. We've managed to link his account with the application but we didn't see the section where they'd ask us to upload it, so we contacted CIC and they told us we'd have to send it through IRCC instead for now, so we did last week. Problem is how do we know that they received it or not? His account said that they started processing his application, does that mean they received it?
Please help.
