Each case is treated individually.. is the generic answer you get from CIC..

Its funny, coz we have exactly the same timeline, landed at the same time, stayed in the same house, paid taxes, and we double checked and submitted the same documents together. It is just basically the name that is different, if we are talking about being individual. hahahahahaha.
But no complaints, was just curious, at least I would be taking the exams first.

Hi Raj,

The questions are easy. Trust me, ;) as long as you read the book and practiced online test your good to go. They were multiple choices, True or False and fill in the blanks. The written test that I got goes like this:

Multiple choices:

2. What are the Prairie Provinces ?
Ans: Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan

20. What are the Atlantic territories?
Ans: Nova Scotia, PEI, NFL, New Brunswick

Fill in the blank multiple choices

The Sovereign Royal anthem is ________ ?
Ans: God save the Queen

And so on.........

Hope this tips will calm those people who have their upcoming written test and interview. Wish you luck guys. For us, we made it. You can do it too..!!! ;) ;) ;)

DOES THIS MEAN, IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE PRACTICE EXAM?? :D

Hello all,

Just letting you know I did my test today. Test took me about 3 minutes and my interview lasted less than that. All in all I was in and out in 15 minutes max. Waiting for ceremony.

They asked me whether I want to book ceremony for Canada Day (July 1). I said I don't mind but if I can get one before that that would be great.

I won't travel until then so it really doesn't matter.

dkera - you lucky man. look who is happy over here.

I was extremely happy and excited with the initial speed to being in process.

Now.......Nothing. Radio silence. In process since Jan 24th....

Wondering what the delay could be. Initially I was not going to renew my pr card but now thinking I should get the application sent in as a safe bet to ensure that I can travel.
