Okies. Most days I have to look at the date 10 times. :P

I am surprised we don't have more purple lines ( second AOR ) in our spread sheet! Is it common for them not to email people or does it just reeeaally take that long to ship it from Mississauga to whatever VO it might be. :P

I think Stage 2 AOR isn't that common. At least, that's my opinion after viewing the Ottawa spreadsheet.

Hmmm, 90% of the Vienna spread sheet seem to get second stage AOR's. Maybe it is different for every VO! :D

Can someone explain the PPR? I sent my application in with an expired passport and an explanation that I am working on getting a valid Dutch passport. I see some people have N/A or exempt. What does the passport request mean exactly? :)

Passport request is when the VO asks for you to send them your passport, and hopefully will give back to you with the visa stamp. Some VO ask for PP pretty early but not give the visa right away. Some ask for it, and comes back in less than a month with visa stamp.

So I will definitely NEED my passport before that! Nerve wrecking! :o

Yup. We are still in Stage 1, so you still have a lot of time to get your PP. All the best! :)

If you're visa exempt, you don't send in your entire passport. Ottawa usually has you email a copy of the picture page. Not sure how Vienna does it.

Hi guys...

Still haven't got my AOR...this is crazy! I spoke to an agent at the call centre, and she confirmed that my application hasn't even been processed yet...although, I asked her if she could somehow give me a UCI, and she did!

Strangely though, I still can't login using my UCI...*sigh*, whatever!

Anyway, she did point out to me that they had begun working on applications that they received on 29 January 2013 though! Mine got to CPC-M on 30 Jan, so hopefully I'll get an AOR soon. She also pointed out that the current processing time for outland stage 1 is 21 days. Is that amazing or what...?!

Look!! ;D

Indeed - it really depends on the VO. London never sends an AOR to anybody. I didn't get any news from them, until one day it said "decision made". No passport request - Ottawa requests at least a copy of the passport, but London doesn't - they just issue the COPR, based on the passport copy that you include in the original application, and one day the COPR shows up by post. A bit unreal!

Good luck,
Sweden
