He would need another copy of the form he filled out to pay the first fee at the bank and fill it out for the Right of Permanent Residence and pay that one at the bank and have it stamped. I don't know where he would send it though since normally it accompanies the application. There must be an address at the VO for supplemental documents to be mailed.

Yeah i think they'll request you to pay the RFPR later on whenever they are close in giving or issuing you your visa.

That's why its better if you pay all the fees before you submit your application.

Hahhaha..Thank you! We sent our application on Nov.16,2012 in Missasauga , Nov.20,2012 Missasauga receive our mail . Feb.6 2013 We receive a mail from Missasauga ( My husband approve as sponsor on Jan.31,2013) The mail said My Application was sent to Manila .We got UCI and Application number but Everytime We check on their website about our Application status Nothing in there yet! I hope I can get email from Manila soon..

Well, chalk me up as well for a "decision made" and a "letter has been sent". One would have thought it would be both cheaper and faster to press a bloody button and send an e-mail. Apparently this letter was sent 15 February. I guess they must have strapped it to a horse, pointed in the direction of the UK and smacked its backside in the hope it would find its way here. :

Happy days. The horse arrived yesterday afternoon bearing the glad tidings that, as of 15 Feb, we have stage 1 approval. A celebratory glass or two of Chile's finest was consumed as a result.
