On a different note, this forum is pretty much my only source of community updates regarding Canada immigration. Also, I have been somwhat busy the past few weeks so didn't look up here much. Can any of you guys that may additionally have knowledge through other means tell me what the current timelines are looking like...? Is there a possibility of getting approved before the end of this year? Or maybe at least a summon for biometrics?

If you are a PNP outland, it seems to be very quick. My brother got ready to visa email in about 35 days after AOR. He applied in early August. Hope you get it quickly before this year ends.

Thanks for sharing this. I wonder why would they send you this request. We already mentioned those family details in the application. Also, any updates in your file like BIL or medical passed?

I logged into my IRCC account today and found that the application has been updated. When I checked I only found that UCI has been linked and CAN0000 temporary number has been replaced by my UCI (I am an inland applicant). So seems someone is working on the application.

35 days is really quick. This is pre covid timelines. I do expect it in 2-3 months but who knows for sure when it comes to IRCC. Let's see what happens now. AOR 11th Oct.

That’s true
I have a friend who submitted two weeks before me and got his UCI exactly 14 days after submission
But with IRCC it’s impossible to tell when what will happen
