Just an update: submitted Biometrics at VFS Global yesterday.

Apparently my medicals passed just today. I just thought to check once because you asked me hehe. I don't know what 'BIL' is but nothing else shows as passed.

Just a heads up: I received a notification to fill out an IMM-5406E form on the 11th of October, which I submitted on the 13th. You guys might also get it. It's just a very basic declaration of your family members and their info.

I am going to submit the application this Monday. I have to ask, estimating optimistically with everything going well, when can I realistically expect to actually get the PR at the earliest? How long is it taking these days, can anyone with any recent prior experience give me an idea about this?

I don't think so. Diplomacy has a long history of making a mountain out of a mole hill, especially with the current Indian administration that just loves a PR parade over literally anything. Bureaucracy on the other hand is the real machine doing the heavy lifting that always works the same way...

I am wondering the same thing. My PCC expires next month. I will submit the application by sunday. Should I get my PCC renewed or not.
