They are the busiest office....handling many types of landings. One agent from the office spoke to another applicant a couple of weeks ago and they said they get around 200 applications a day that they have to schedule appts for. Takes 6-8 weeks to schedule.

I am wondering if we can call the office in case they don't send a appointment within time?

Hi

Do you have the email address for Etobicoke office?

Fax: 416-954-2107
Email: CIC-Etobicoke-Immigration@cic.gc.ca

Just be sure to include your DM letter when you contact them.

I'm not following your question. That contact info is for those who recieved a decision made letter that said Etobicoke office would contact them for a landing appt... but it should only be used after 6 wks have passed from receiving the decision made letter. A decsion made letter is issued by cic when they've approved your application.
