RO does not apply -- the OP doesn't have a PR. It's an inland application. The point Ponga and I are making is that in the case where a CIC agent sniffs this out (as they do have access to border traversals), the PA may be refused because they left for a huge chunk of time.
Hey guys... thanks for your input
I think they will sniff around, when the officer will ask me about my entry date I will not lie... I don't know if 5-6 entry stamps to Canada will make different to show him that I have something to return for!!!
Anyway, I think I should start get prepared to the worse, is there away to change the inland application, to out land
And Just based on the last communication with an officer who was working on my case to proof that our relationship is genuine, I go this email on 26th of April 2017 (any comments)
"This refers to your application for permanent residence as a member of the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class. It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent resident status under this class.
However, a final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements for becoming a permanent resident have been met. These requirements include medical, security and background checks for you and, if applicable, all of your family members both in Canada and abroad, even if they are not applying to join you in Canada at this time. You cannot become a permanent resident until you and all your family members have met these requirements.
As your application for permanent residence has received first stage of approval, you may now apply for an open work permit."
