yes voong please do call them and ask for updates on your file and I hope you tracked your proofs when you mailed it and sure to be delivered?

I'm filing my application with a lawyer, he said that cic have everything in their hand. but still, i check my ecas, it didnt updated the status if cic receive the additional documents...

they don't put any update about receiving additional proof on ecas. the only proof that they received ur document is your tracking that shows delivered. that was exactly what a cic agent told me.

So after I landed on April 19th and haven't received my PR card I decided to phone CIC yesterday and the agent told me that my card has been approved just needs to be printed. how unbelievable is that/

I landed October 9, 2015. Card has been approved, waiting to be printed.

So by the time you get the PR card you might as well just start applying for a new one because it wont be too long before its expired at this rate. I told my wife that I thought I was done with CIC as of April 19th but apparently not because they are holding onto my PR card. at first I was checking my email and ECAS for any updates from CIC now I'm checking my mailbox on a daily basis. this cycle with CIC just never ends.

Absolutely unbelievable! What is their response when you contact call center?

They say: "We are just too plain stupid to make your PR card, tell you why, or give you a timeline. Just plain old dumb."

At least that's what I assume they are saying, I can't really understand the squeakings of dolphins.
