I don't have a lawyer, though, do you think how many id pictures do they need?

The pre-landing document is in Word, so what you need is to fill it up and scan or take a photo of your signature, then Copy-Past it in that document where you need to sign it or scan the whole document, then attach it via email to the address that you will receive from CIC Montreal. The photos are needed only during the interview :)

Hey, I m 5th, step 2013. AIP 30th,2015. If u have an address in USA. Use it for our correspondance. It s my preference to send in same time to FBI and Inquiries FBI channel.expensive but we haven t choice.

Unfortunatly we left the U.S. almost 2 years ago and don't have an address there. I guess will have to do it from here and then contact CIC to let them know that I won't be able to send them what they ask for.

I'm also in Montreal (DM February 12) I haven't received any news about the landing nor the prelanding

Hey fellow inlanders. After more than 23 months without so much as AIP, and 3 local office transfers, we finally got notice from Winnipeg that they require a bit more current proof of co-habitation. They didn't ask for proof of relationship and it looks like they won't be calling us for an interview. They said we have 15 days to provide the info or a decision will be made without it. I'm hoping that means that we'll hear something soon.

Upon the advice of some other inlanders, we gathered all the info, completed my husband's medical and paid the right of permanent residence fee and attached all proof. We're hoping this means our AIP will be followed by DM shortly.

Here's to finally seeing some light at the end of a nearly 2 year tunnel.

Hi Mela,

I really hope that the officer won't be messing with you any longer. Wishing you good luck!

Hey guys,

I was wondering when a good time is to order GCMS notes and how do you do it? I haven't received AIP or even SA yet, but I did get my OWP which was attached to my application. Does CIC only add to GCMS notes when they open your file for SA/AIP?

Thanks in advance!

I don't know if it's worth to order, but here is how you can:

I understand. Send now to FBI and file the proof to CIC and let's see. My friend lives here in Montreal ,left USA 4years ago and last year, she sent to FBI and 3-4 weeks after, she received her FBI clearance from Virginia. I hope for us too. u never know.

Keep Hope

Currently, it is taking between 16-18 weeks to receive the FBI PCC, because they are so behind.

hi everyone! who usually receives the AOR? is it the sponsor or the person being sponsor? thanks in advance!

The sponsor is the one that usually receives the AOR.

I logged onto the CIC today to check my applicaiton status...i log on often i wanted to see if there has been any changes since the website says its processing sept 12 and we are sept 18th applicants.

Today they added "medical results have been received". This wasn't there yesterday

Does that mean they are reviewing it now/today?

I think it's just a website thing. I've been trying to log into ECAS for months now, and today is the first day I've been able to log on. Mine already says "Medical Results have been received", and my application won't be processed till at least 2017. Maybe it's just a system update?

It also says they began processing my application on January 24, 2014, but... again, likely invalid information.

HI GUYS!!!
I just looked into my ecas and it says

DECISION MADE!!!!

I can't believe it!!!! I was resigned to wait until July and now it is already here!!!!!

I still have to wait for the official letter in the mail.

JohnnyP , did you here anything?

It was the same in my case and after the "medical results have been received" we received SA and request for additional information for principal applicant.

That means that they accepted your medical and that, most probably, you won't have to redo it.
Also, hopefully, you will get AIP and, who knows, even DM, shortly.

Good luck.
