Yay! Congrats. :) Yeah, it usually doesn't take too long for the applicant to get their AIP once the sponsor is approved. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long for DM now!
For stupid: what is DM?)))

Refresh your page and scroll up. You should be able to zoom and click the pages. If not, try different browser like Chrome. If you have Chrome than Safari/FireFox.

so no update again on the site , i guess were all so battered and beaten down were afraid to say anything

Congra on your DM , hope for positive decision

Does anyone remember how long Inland apps have been stuck on July 2013?
Is its since Feb?
This is getting very frustrating.

It is since the 26th March, it started from June 25th to July 8th and they are still working on July applications in October .............. :(

maybe the red cross will come save us

Hi guys! I have been reading your posts a while now during our wait and finally decided to register. I just want to say that it's great you all support and encourage each other. The facebook page is really great too! Until recently I was loosing my mind thinking me and my husband were of the very few in this situation. It's consoling to know there's hundreds, not just us :'(

You got the same answer as me. I am on the 8.5 months for Stage 2 now.

There is one agent who told me that the review officer marked Nov 25 for the final review... It means that it will take them 10+ months to finish Stage 2... Ridiculous timeline!

Hi everyone,

sorry but why are 2014 applicants posting here. it is confusing the thread for processing times.

I am still waiting for my husbands status to change to "DM" and receipt of PR its been more than 8 months to date. I required with my local office in August and this is what i received:

After we made an inquiry to CIC, we received the following information:

“The processing of this file is very good. It was received on 7 May 2013 and passed initial review on 30 Jan 2014. Officer reviewed the file on Aug 8 and medical results were received. The file in queue for review, the processing time is 8 months after the first step. The applicant should wait for further instruction. He will be contacted if anything else is required or if any decisions are made.”

You can do another status check in 3 months.

Does anyone suggest to call CIC or would I get another robotic meaning answer that i dont already know.

Thank you.

It is so absurd this check in 3 months thing. If you're checking now it's coz your timeline is overdue...

So we're nearing the 8 month mark on the 2nd stage of our application (medical were done in March, so I'm counting 8 months from when they received them which was also in March). I'm getting nervous that we haven't heard anything. Judging by the google chart thing there are peopl who applied after us who already have DM. AGHHH I just want this to be over so all this wondering and worrying can stop. Does it really make it THAT much faster if you sent in your meds WITH the app? We didn't have that option. I wish we had! Anyone else who applied around May 2013 twiddling their thumbs and hoping any day now?

Happy new week everyone! Let's hope we hear tons of AIPs coming through this week! *fingers crossed!* :)

It would definitely give us something to be thankful about for Thanksgiving weekend!
