INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Hey guys, i applied last week of Sept 2013 and it was received like Oct 4th.

I DID receive the letter saying my file was transferred from V to M.
I got the letter about a month ago. I have no idea why you wouldnt have receive the same letter since you applied before me.

My common law partner is from Jpn. She applied for PR and a OWP. We paid all our fee's up front. She's currently here on a PGWP for what its worth. I would call if i were you.

I didn't receive this notice of change neither and I'm July applicant and already received AIP in Feb 2014. I take it as a good sign as V probably will wrap up my file soon so it doesn't bother to transfer. Hahaha

so, i called CIC today to ask for copies of my receipts for paying fees.
She sent me a link to a website that i used to access my receipts.

While i had her on the phone i said "i got the letter that stated that my file was transferred to Mississauga, do you know if they're up and running? processing applications?"

all she would say is "you applied in September, the website says that the wait time for family class inland is 8 months so expect to hear something in May"

Then i said, I know that some applicants get DM 1 or 2 weeks after the sponsor gets approved (AIP) , what does it take for this to happen? she said "all fee's paid, everything submitted up front, ...and even then its case by case basis"

Hi guys,

My journey is finally over . I received my PR card today. I am over the moon. Just want to say to everyone still waiting that keep your head up, soon your journey will be over. It might seem like its taking forever but don't worry the day will come. I will continue to check on your progress. I also want to thank everyone for the support, did not need to use a lawyer because I got the best advice and guidance from this forum. Wishing all you the best and God bless you all.

I'll have to disagree with all fees has to be paid since I didn't pay my landing fee until I had DM.

Do you think that those who got AIps from june 25 to july 8th are files already transferred to cpc-m? If not, then cpc-m has not really started working on our files yet. I really hope that emails were from cpc -m..

I got aip on feb 17 but never received letter regarding file transfer to cpc-m and i applied in june 21 2013

Got it. Thanks. But also referring to the movement in cic website when it moved last thurs from june 25 to july 8th apps. Because, if these were from cpc-m already then thats a good sign. But then again, we would not probably know as nobody from our forum was lucky enough to get aip within those dates-.
