Congrats on AIP. :)

I am so frustrated however, everyone seems to get it, but I keep checking our emails, and yet no response. Like really :(

Thanks Guri,

I have no children just parent and siblings. Does this apply to them?

I think you will get your AIP tomorrow or the latest is during next week for sure. Just the question of being patient and you will go out from the stress room haha. Good luck for us :)

Question about the AIP e-mail that we received. The applicant already sent her police check and medical in. I guess I'm confused by this part of the e-mail... does all of her family have to do it too? Has everyone else had their entire family do medical/security checks??
"These requirements include medical, security and background checks for you and, if applicable, all of your family members, both in Canada and abroad, even if they are not applying to join you in Canada at this time."
That is a generic email asking for medicals and PCC which is part of AIP email. If the applicant has already submitted those then, you don't need to send anything. If you guys have no children then nothing else needs to be sent.

Line.a, don't worry your time is here.

Thank you :)

Fair to say that application processing times are speeding up now? Seems like they're down to about 10 months to Stage 1 now...

Keep the faith, never waver.

Hi guys! Happy new year, congratulations on those getting aip and dm. For the rest of us, may God bless us all with good news pretty soon!
I was wondering, how long into the process do they transfer you to a local office if they doubt of your Relationship? I'm around 10th month... :S I dont know if I should prepare more documents.
Also, I didnt sent a medical cuz I wanted to be sure i will not need to re-do it. How long does it take from AIP to DM for someone that only needs medicals? Should I do medicals now that Im so close? or it will be useless as they will not consider it on time before sending me aip?
anyone can recommend a doctor in Montréal-Laval area? price? THANKS :)

was sponsored by my wife in Canada, both we live in Edmonton, CIC Vegreville received the application in Mar 14/2013, after 9 months, CIC-Vegreville transferred the case to Edmonton Office without any decicion. My question is, Has anyone know how long this may take to get approved from the Edmonton office?
