Wow so much good news coming~ :-* Just want to comment about us going across the borders. We live in Toronto, and we drove a couple of times to Buffalo, NY, and my wife travelled alone to California this summer for a month and then came back to Toronto. We so far haven't mentioned about in-land application to any border officers yet as my wife still holds valid visitor visa and valid temp. resident status. I agree that we should eliminate any chances of being rejected re-entry by the border officers but we have booked the trip next month to Florida and also another trip to China in upcoming March. I feel more confident to go to the states as it doesn't reset the Temp. resident status and as long as wife is in status, mostly we will be safe to come back. I really don't feel good about the trip to China but it's for my wife's father...so hopefully nothing bad to happen.
