So short of a miracle, based on the lack of AIPs & DMs this week, it seems the only change will probably be the processing time to 12 months.

We all have a pretty good idea every week based on the activity on the forum what changes (if any) we will see, but still even anticipating it, everytime I see an increase in the processing time, it brings that sharp feeling of disappointment and I have to hold back some tears at work. *sigh*

Not to mention that EVERY time they update it, it is a few days before I pass the processing time, so I can never actually call in and get them to email CPC-M. So frustrating.

I will cross my fingers anyways that they won't increase it to 12 months, but I expect they will, and once again will be feeling that “punch in the stomach” feeling.....

It won't go to 12 months this week, as they're already on July 22nd 2013, so even with no progress at all, it would turn to 12 months on July 22nd 2014.

Not saying that with the pace they're having, it won't go to 12 sooner or later, but at least it won't be this week. Let's hope for the best 8)

Soooooo hope your right! Then we can at least finally place the request for them to email CPC-M! Have been waiting months and months for that as they move the date just at the wrong time for us!

I just want to see them start processing as quickly as they were in February. We KNOW it's possible since we saw it! So don't know why they can't keep up a similar pace, or even HALF as quick as that!!!

I don't think there's going to be an update today, I think Monday but then again their system for sending emails was down, so maybe there update systems is also down, anyhow I think it's for the better seeing the dates stuck on July 22nd again will spoil my weekend.

Ok guys it's just too many email from CIC the last email, is asking me to pay the fee and then our application will be forwarded to Ottawa and they will contact us for interview. In tis stage of the process, Do I still need to apply work permit to work?

Do you have a red flag? Why they will transfer to Ottawa?

Based on the fact that cmathslu said they got AIP and DM, I'm assuming this is a landing interview, not a "red flag" interview. Cmathslu - at this stage, you would only want to apply for a OWP if you want to start work whilst you wait for your landing interview and for your SIN/PR card (so that could be a few months).
