Here's a careful theory: in order to have it added on eCas, an agent that processes applications must enter it to the eCas part of your digital file. If you call the CIC hotline, the agents there have to possibility to run some checks, but they can't change anything to your files (read-only).fleurette said:But I am wondering about this situation.
