As usual thank you for being so kind and helpful with helping me with this chart. And for also being so patient. I am so glad that there was so much to update on. Helps relax the nerves to see just how many people are getting approved. I hope one day it all is filled with approvals. Anyway, please read below for what I have updated on this chart.

I have added the following new members: eagle, Mona_Barca, ardmac, Kayeeen, Pippi, and PUZZLED. Welcome to the thread!
I have updated the following for landings: mi, Black-Berry and suenim. Congratulations. We're so happy for you all.
I have updated the following on approvals for AIP: boasorte, Konstantinos, brightsage, and komar. CONGRATS. The wait is worth it!
And I have updated Cmilo on your transfer. Don't worry stay strong. We will get you through this and you'll have AIP soon.

If you get any more updates about received/processing dates, approval dates, or landing dates please let me know. Once again congratulations to all of you with good news. You inspire all of us and keep us going. You deserve that wonderful news and as always thanks for sharing your stories. I love hearing them.

P.S. Good news for the most part, most are being approved in under 10 months and for those that go over it is only by a week or two. Keep your chins up everyone. Our time is coming soon and when it does I hope it is tons more of approvals.

P.S. I counted from the day it was received until the day you got AIP but got 10 Months/06 days.
Not sure how you got the 25 days. Care to explain?

We sent our application on april 20, 2009.

CIC Vegreville receved it on april 27, 2009

Application was tranfered to Scarborough office on October 29, 2009

Scarborough local office may contact you

November 2010 updates were requested within 30 days. We sent them.

Medicals have been received march 24, 2011

We received a letter yesterday ( march 24, 2011) requesting to attend to an interview my husband and me on april 12, 2011 (He is the sponsor, i'm the applicant).

We have been waiting for so long, we are just happy that finally we are getting the interview. We will post the questions we get to answer during the interview.

Hopefully we have the interview together.

congratulations to all of u guys who got thier AIP N PR too.. many to metion lol congrats again.... cheers
anyway busy gathering some info that immigraton is asking maybe its our fault we didnt updated the immigration regardding our relationship from conjugal to commom law ... anyway i have a question since they were asking some documents to prove that were in commom law now like bills,morgage ect. joint account ( we have joint account submitted before) though next month were getting married we have dates , were just looking the place n the recpetions do u think the immigrations may overlook this, yes we have plans by oct to get married but we decided to it by next months so that we can submit the marriage certificate along with the documents they asking .... i need ur advice regarding this .. thank u God Bless ....

note: they asking about the delaration of common law relationship form since were getting do we need this form to send
and the application to change condition, extend my stay or reman in canada is it the same form for open work permit ?

I think if you're going to send them the info before you get married that you need to (or should) send them the declaration of common law union since you are not married yet. If you are sending the info after you marry then that's different. Remember that it takes a while to get the marriage cert after the ceremony so if you plan on waiting on that then that's more delay in sending the additional info to them.

Oh LY how I love thee! Than ks so much for updating the chart, your amazing. See how close you are getting??

Yesterday i went to bingo with my sister and I won $100, then i came home and checked my lottomax ticket and I got 4 out 7 numbers, so I think I won $20 bucks. Not bad for a days work lol. Too bad it wasn't all 7 numbers. Anyways I am trying to stay positive today 1) it's the weekend, 2) it's sunny and 3) I am with the person I love

Hello Everyone! Its a beautiful Saturday morning and i thought its gonna be the same day but when i checked my post box i got a letter from CIC. Its not actually indicated that its an AIP letter so i wanna make sure , can someone tell me? It was written like this:

This letter refers to your application for PR under the spouse partner in Canada class. It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for PR. However a final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements for becoming a PR have been met. These requirements include medical , security and backgrounds check for you and if applicable all of your family. In order to continue processing your application in canada please submit the following within 90 days : POLICE CERTIFICATE from your country .

You may now apply for OPEN WORK PERMIT which will allow you to work in the occupation and location of your choice. You may also apply for study permit.

So everyone is this an AIP letter? Im so happy to received the good news!!!!

That is definitely an AIP letter...CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think if you're going to send them the info before you get married that you need to (or should) send them the declaration of common law union since you are not married yet. If you are sending the info after you marry then that's different. Remember that it takes a while to get the marriage cert after the ceremony so if you plan on waiting on that then that's more delay in sending the additional info to them.

suiem just wanna ask whats the diff after getting married ? im confisued
our wedding is mid april and one of my friend here in north they just got married and at the same time they got thier mc after the ceremony
yes maybe were bit delay were still waiting for some documents too

Medicals have been received march 24, 2011

We received a letter yesterday ( march 24, 2011) requesting to attend to an interview my husband and me on april 12, 2011 (He is the sponsor, i'm the applicant).

We have been waiting for so long, we are just happy that finally we are getting the interview. We will post the questions we get to answer during the interview.

Hopefully we have the interview together.

Thanks Asta. I hope so. I heard stories where the officer is nice and everything goes smoothly, i also have heard nasty ones where the officer already made up his/her mind about the genuineless of the relationship.

I will post the questions from the interview. It might help some other member of this forum .
