Suggest you to retake your exam. Waiting for CRS cut off (431) to come down to 417 might take 5-6 months approx.

Yes retake. I don't think it will come down to 417. From June francophones and people with Canadian siblings will have their scores bumped up. I had 417, then lost 5 points to age and then 472 cos of IELTS

Eligibility does not mean guaranteed. Everyone who has a score of 400 and above doesn't get a NoI from Ontario

does OINP is for people with no Canadian education and no Canadian work experience? Basically, I am not able to figure out which province program I would be eligible ...can some one please help beaded on below facts if I would be eligible for any PNP-
Engineering graduate + 37 years old + 14 years experience (NOC - 2171) and gave IELTS recently on 25th March with results of 8.5 - basically clb 10.

There are no guarantees in life. You have to do things within your control to improve your score: get more education, work experience, language scores

Only the human capital steam is for those without Canadian education or experience. You have to check each province website and see if you are eligible

Thanks !!! One more thing - in express entry draw- if one's score is meeting the minimum required is it for sure they would get ita? For example if draw comes out 440 and I have 440 is it for sure they will send ita? I was wondering there must be more people qualifying / crossing draw number then how do they decide whom to send invitiation ?

That's how it works, when the draw is 440 means all with 440 or above receive ITA. For example if the number of ITA are 3000, means there are 3000 with 440 or above

Please anyone who did the exam in Sharjah update us regularly.

I did it in sharjah but with BC in AUS, i got sms that it is posyponed till monday 10th april.

I took it in january and they investigated my resuly and were released 2 weeks later.
Some people said it was 3 months for them.

But dony bother calling IDP or anyone, they wobt give u any useful info. You just have to wait between 1 week and 3 months
