Recently I gave my celpip on March 2025 and obtained CLB 8 ( all four modules 8 ,54 points ), submitted my ONIP master's stream application with 54 points.i was planning to get 58 , so On April 2025 , I gave the celpip again and got the same CLB 8 ( but the scores in each module is different from the previous test L -10, R-10,W-8,S-9).

I have checked the ONIP website, they have mentioned that only the latest test score should be updated.
So my question is :
1. Do I have make changes or updates the new latest celpip scores on to my ONIP profile or can I leave like that without modifying anything because I got the CLB 8 in both the attempts and it doesn't make any difference in the scores.

2. One more question is that ,I am planning to take IELTS this time , what if I had scored CLB 7 or lesser than that . Do I need to upload the lesser CLB 7 scores in my profile, since the ONIP website,it was stated that the latest test score should be presented.

Kindly help me out ,thanks in advance

You can use any valid language test result.

For your first question, since the ONIP guidelines clearly state that you must update the latest language test results, you should update your profile with your second CELPIP attempt, even though both attempts gave you CLB 8 overall. The difference in individual module scores doesn’t change your points, but technically the program requires your most recent score to be reflected.

For your second question, if you take IELTS next and score lower (for example CLB 7), then yes, you would still need to upload that latest score, as per ONIP requirements. Even if it reduces your eligibility points, the rule is that the most recent test must be presented.

If you are considering another attempt, it may help to identify which modules need improvement and practice more strategically. Platforms like www.gammapace.com provide a simulated test environment, which can help you prepare more effectively across all modules.
