When you put it that way, it sounds much better than the impression I was getting from you earlier. Basically that you HAD to be here and you'd hurt yourself if you were forced to leave. It sounds over-exaggerated to me. No one said it was easy. Nothing in life is really easy, especially with a life changing decision like this. I sacrificed a lot to be in Canada and would be devastated if I had to leave. However, I wouldn't go as far as hurting myself or losing my mental sanity as you have previously stated. Life is too short. Again, it's not as bad as you are making it seem. I wish you the best on your journey and hope you find a way to remain in Canada.

I am sorry you heard about the 30 month outland wait for US applicants. US Outland moves a lot quicker than inland. They actually encourage applicants to apply outland.

I think the conditional PR will depend on your common law dates ... were you living together as common law for 2 years prior to submitting the application? if so, then i believe you will be exempt from the conditional PR. They won't count the time you were bf/gf...

I have been looking into CEC. If i put myself out there and put my resume out there, how would I go about getting a work permit from my employer? Like if an employer signs me on for of the neccesary skilled jobs to qualify for CEC, how would i get a work permit to be able to legally work for them? I want to start handing out resumes putting my name out and spreading the word around hoping someone will pick me up, but when they ultimately ask how in the heck to go about getting a permit for me to work for them. I have no clue how to answer :/

To qualify for a work permit you first need a full time job offer from an employer in Canada. The employer must then apply for and obtain an approved LMIA (the LMIA gives the employer permission to hire you). As part of this process, the employer will have to advertise the job for at least a month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. The employer will then have to pay a $1K processing fee and submit the LMIA application for processing. Processing can take anywhere from 6 to 16+ weeks. If the LMIA is approved, you can then apply for a work permit.

Some employers are LMIA exempt, rare but there are some. Good luck.

You just re-posted the exact info from the link I provided.
As I said, LMIA exemptions are not common, and the most typical one is if you qualify under a NAFTA qualifying job. Other than that, none of the other exemptions will be of any use to the OP.

We submited the application with genuine intentions had no thoughts of "fraud' throughout this entire process. She would still love to sponsor me but if we legally aren't a couple anymore there's literally no other class she can sponsor me in. Is fraud even something to worry about or could we move on through this process easily and officially separate afterwards? i have no idea what to do. I am asking every possible solution here. I fear that if i don't find a way to keep my life in Canada afloat I may end up in a mental hospital or risk harming myself. I am so lost and don't know what to do. Thank you in advance for anything. Ugh.
If you have been living together for 6 years I think that your main concern should be to try to work on your relation,
Every couple has ups and downs, and sometimes we need help,
Forget about your future in Canada and focus un healing your relation,
that is very important. Taking care of one thing will take care of the other.

I haven't read the advises that many people have expressed,
but all whom has express opinions have a good view as outsiders,
sometimes when we are in the situations we can not see clear...

I hope that you can work on your relation and that the peace returns to your life.

NAFTA is probably the best bet for me. I would look for a job in Graphic Design as that is the qualification I actually have from my studies. If I could find an employer in that field who would be willing to hire me, what do THEY have to do to get me approved? Are we looking them spending 1k+ from paperwork and whatnot? Or do they simply just have to write a letter on my behalf? How does this all work? I have read up on the website but if anyone has been keeping up with this thread, reading websites basically caused me to apply inland instead of outland. So I would like advice from real people first lol.

As for the relationship, I tried to rebuild it, the love is very much still there for me and I would love to rebuild but she seems like a totally different person and is just in a zone of her own right now. Sadly :(
