Hi,Does anyone know the paper application? I called today and they said that a Minor who does not hold a permit needs to apply offline, I have already submitted ours online, but the officer told me minor should go paper application rather than online.

Oh my god, I read about the same problem about three years ago in this forum. I applied three times. Two were rejected (they said my son has a visitor record, so I should apply for a TRV), and now I am waiting for the decision on the third attempt.
Hi. Could you please share more details about the timing? I am planning to travel abroad in December, and I am afraid that applying by paper will take me all these remaining months.
