I second this. Remember those days of mid 2016 when all the armchair analysts here made statements and borderline declarations like "the scores won't ever go below 430, 420" or whatever they mentally set as a cut off point? Yeah suddenly we don't see them much now.DEEPCUR said:It is funny that people will want the scores to come down until their points are met and once it does, they just don't want it go down any further or even shoot up!
Their country, their policies, their wish. I believe they know their numbers better than most of the armchair analysts here.
This is uncalled for!!Aaronpaul said:415 Is the most recent low, what a CRAP immigration policy?letting the whole world in
The reason for the increase in EE ITAs is that the pre-EE paper based backlog is now mostly gone. Those applications filled up a significant percentage of the quota in 2015 and 2016. It makes no sense for IRCC to suddenly increase the EE intake out of the blue for no reason without being prepared for such an increase.vensak said:The problem is not in the score itself. The problem is with the huge amount of the invited applicants . If they want to stick to their quota they have only 2 options:
1. Drastically reduce or even stop for some time ITA
2. Do lot of rejections (at this rate we would be speaking about 50 to 60% of failed ITA).
If score goes down below 400, I would be thinking just like that. Letting the whole world in In my opinion, anything above 400 is a good score.Aaronpaul said:415 Is the most recent low, what a CRAP immigration policy?letting the whole world in
Hehe.. its Canada, not US. What else do you expect? They look for quantity rather than quality. I even asked my maid, cook and janitor to apply.Aaronpaul said:415 Is the most recent low, what a CRAP immigration policy?letting the whole world in

Agreed. I've seen that way too often. Unfortunately, a lot of Indians seem to think this way as well.DEEPCUR said:It is funny that people will want the scores to come down until their points are met and once it does, they just don't want it go down any further or even shoot up!

Yes I feel the same. Anyway, scores above 400 means good education, experience and good english level. I dont see the problem.ashu1710 said:Agreed. I've seen that way too often. Unfortunately, a lot of Indians seem to think this way as well.
Absolutely True! ( even though i am got caught by two months with this change, i feel more qualified are getting ITA's lately.. )chente said:Also better like this than not like before. People were buying lmias and got ita with 700 points, where they only had 100 withouth the lmia
