Just got my notes, dated Feb 23, nothing started yet. :(

However, something did change. The paper file location changed from "Registry" to " CAU Review".
Also changed is this additional info: "BELA decision letters sent on..."

Does it mean they have started the review process now?

There is a link in your AOR2 email to the special email address to inform HKVO of any changes such as address or employment. It is called a Case Specific Enquiry and is at https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=hong%20kong&_ga=1.8066610.1419784286.1404982618

Yes, that is how to contact them and where to give them your new address. No phoning. Don't expect a reply but if they reply it takes about 30 days. Your e-cas should update eventually. My wife updated her employment this way.

Yes I did, I was there from May 2015 till Jan 2016 , I even extended my stay when I was there. As long as your intention is not for staying till you get your PR, and make sure you give them a specific date when you will be leaving

They know about that already, it shows on their screen that I have a PR in process, but I also mentioned it to them too. And yes you can tell them you are visiting your spouse. They did ask me abt the return ticket and I did have it but I didn't even have to show them.
