1. Does Spouse need to apply for open work permit after getting the visa for the main applicant or spouse can apply along with the main applicant.

2. What are the requirements for employers.

What are the documents you have submitted from your employer side? and how much was the employer income which you have mentioned in the offer of employment.

So sorry to hear that. But just wondering what could possibly the reason why they came up with the offer not genuine? If the employer has a child/children, parents both working and they can afford to pay the child provider?

Refusal letters are very vague and does not provide background that how officer reach that decision.

GCMS notes provide full detail for your file – may be should order GCMS.

It takes around 30 days to receive GCMS notes
