Alot of people are receiving AOR's. We received ours as well. Submitted Jan 1, 2023, AOR received Feb 24th.

Congrats buddy....this sort of positive news gives us hope...!!!

We received AOR today. This is for my Sister. She already have her biometrics submitted in 2019 for TRV. What will be next step from here. TIA

In the course of reviewing your file, it appears that your application for permanent residence may have to be refused as you and/or your family member(s) do not appear to meet immigration requirements. In order to become a permanent resident under this class, you and your family members must comply with requirements as specified in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations for this class.
I have completed the assessment of your permanent resident application and have determined that you do not meet one or more of the requirements for immigration to Canada, specifically that you have not provided an offer of employment that is genuine

we are confused that is there any other documents required or didnt meet requirements from side(husband).

And my wife working as a caregiver from 24 months and had LMIA

we already replied week ago with the help of lawyer.
Please let me know what are the changes.

Our life depends on this decision. Please help

Check the portal. Did you apply under "Gaining Experience"? There were two categories "Gaining experience" and "Direct to PR".
Given that she already worked 24 months, she had to apply for "Direct to PR".

Offer letter is NOT on the document checklist of Direct to PR but is on "Gaining Experience". Only proof of experience is required (unless the experience was not genuine).

The direct to PR is still open. You can re-apply with proper documentation. You will need T4s, Pay stubs, reference letter, etc.

Speak to a lawyer, it could be mistake of officer.

She applied the program before completing 24 months. Her 24 months will complete this march.
and my question is in the letter they mention you or your dependent didnt meet the requirement.
Is there any documents pending from husband side.
pcc medical and biometrics and all relevant documents has been submitted.

Hello,
Will they require us to answer these new questions if we submitted our application in November 2022? I've seen a lot of people get additional document requests and update forms requests. Is this why?

I haven’t seen the last 3 questions in your picture in the job offer form I downloaded. I just downloaded another one and it’s still not there. The first question about relationship to employee is the only one in the form. Are you sure those questions have been added to the form?

Yes I submitted online on the 1st of January 2023 and it shows submitted.
