Please I submitted 2023/01/01 4:55 PM (UTC) - anyone received AOR and submitted at this time? or before? we<re yet to get one.

Dont worry you will received yours soon, so far in our fb group who submitted application around 4:07 utc is the latest one got their aor and bil..

I haven't seen any such case. HCCP and HSWP applications are processed differently from FSWP.

Both got through the same processing but different steps.

According to them they don't se AORs unless the application is complete. Wait two more months but it's very odd for post 2021 apps.

Paper-based applications are first converted to digital and then they send PAOR. I would say, wait for some more time.

Got our AOR April 23 - pls what's next?? or now the waiting begins .....??they had requested TRF for ielts as we submitted with a screen shot, I sent this April 25 via webform and got confirmation that it was added to our account/file on April 27th which I felt was pretty fast. So any hope this process could go faster than previous

The IRCC strike had an impact on all the applications...not sure...but I think even the prioritized NOC's will be affected as well....

Yes it had an impact although not major because of the length of the strike. Most people will likely not notice. HCCP processing times are already quite long so unlikely to make a significant difference. Is your sister applying to care for your children? Does she have previous experience as a nanny, teacher or nurse? What field is she currently working in? Due to a large amount of abuse from people sponsoring family through caregiver programs it is much more challenging to get a family member via caregiver route unless they have a clear job history in the field.

thanks for replying - we have that already from previous visit visa, pls what's next after this. Also I see online that it's now 1 year of work as caregiver and then permanent residency appl will be processed. is this correct. then also i see online that the wait time is now 10-12mths to process the work permit. is this correct as well? will appreciate any feedback ^pls!

Processing time for Caregiver applications is still 36 months for Gaining Experience and 30 months for Direct PR categories.

If you already appeared for biometrics in past, those will be updated in your application.

HCCP In-Canada Applicant: Direct to PR
with Spouse & 2 children (Philippines)

Jan. 1, 2023- submitted online application
May 4, 2023- AOR and Biometrics request for Spous & 2 children
May 12, 2023- Biometrics done
Hoping for the next step.
