So the employer (elderly patient) providing the job offer? See job offer requirements but need to prove person needs full time care so a good idea.

You need a job offer. Intake for caregiver is closed until next year so you have time. When you apply next year expect processing of up to 3 years.

You have to do your own search on Canadian job sites like Indeed and Linkedin or through an agency. Once you apply through HCCP next January, processing may be up to 3 years.

I expect sooner because this time it was digital application. It should be easier to check for completeness.

Alot of people are receiving AOR's. We received ours as well. Submitted Jan 1, 2023, AOR received Feb 24th.

Outside Canada. 1 Family Member and no Biometrics request. Just AOR

We are couple (husband and wife) Canadian citizen and we got two kids 1st 3 years old and 2nd kid is 2 years old. We both work shift works days evening nights. We need home support and we would like to sponsor brother in law (outside of Canada) for home support. is there any way or program where we can apply for him and does he to take any courses?

Here is the program he would apply to. It opens up on January 1 of each year and fills its quota within a few days. So he has time to get his paperwork in order. You need to meet requirements so set up business registration for payroll. You can read through the program in the link. Processing is about 3 years from when he applies in 2024.
