There is an additional form for those that will be submitting on January 1st. It's Application for Temporary Resident Visa (IMM 5257). Kindly review the application guide before submitting.

I'm submitting both. Temporary visa for everyone and study permit for the 3 year old.

You can submit as long it not reach 2750 . It can be full by same day or next month . Based on last year it stop April 21. So choice is yours unless you don’t want 2023.

Well, everybody can't make it on the 1st of January. Once it's full, they will definitely stop collecting applications.

But it does not show the option of HCCP , but the forms are updated

It does show HSW under economic program but not for HCCP but when u select HSW , it shows forms for both
