Credible evidence of your and your spouses plans to establish yourself and your family to Canada. ie house hunting trips to Canada or jobs offers for each of you in Canada. Credible evidence that you and your spouse have severed or are begining to severe all ties to China. ie letter of resignation from your and your apouses employer, sale or listing of any owned property, evidence of financial transition of assets or interests from China to Canada. Sale of furniture and selling of others assets.

Note that the measures listed above are not exhaustive and that you may show other forms of evidence that you and your spouse have botb made a significant efforts and arrange ments to settle in Canada for the purpose of living there permanetly.
Thanks, but I also meant the text immediately before this list.

Okay, this is strangely worded so a bit odd. But I would still see this list as examples and not must provide each and every element, although a good guideline to address each of them to extent possible.

Basically what we are doing and I started organizing it all today is the following.

Signing a one year rental agreement in mine and my wifes name even though are still in China. It will take affect in the coming days. They wanted proof well there. Also both today resigned from our jobs, they asked for it well it done. I have letters from our employers in the next day acknowleding our resignation. I also stated very clearly we now are sitting in an apartment with no employment. I also am sending hime money to my mother account because I cannot set up a joint acckunt until we are in Canada. I also have proof of this through email with a BMO rep. I stated once we arrive will open a join bank account. I also will show email egarding the pet company assisting us and emails from me talking to
the real estate agent.

No, I don't.
Now the lawyer-y part - since I gather you don't do nuance much.

The caveat is I didn't see what you submitted originally, the full correspondence, what you submitted just now. You did it in haste and in considerable anger and frustration - despite several times being cautioned to take it slow and do it carefully. On another thread you're calling them all idiots and looking down on them for what you consider their lower-quality education.

My occasional experience has been that people that threaten and get frustrated and act in excess haste frequently make their own mistakes, whether of content or emotion.

So, good luck. But seriously - take it down a notch.

Good advice!
I would like to hire you as a consultant.

From my occasional experience experience, travels, and dealing with Canadian corporate bureaucracy. I have learned that you need to have a great amount of patience if you want to move forward, especially during a pandemic. You should expect some challenges that may require you to take a step back and reconsider your options. There are no guarantees and more frustrations than I have ever seen previously even in my quiet community on the West Coast.

Unfortunately some have to learn the hard way.
