Hi everyone,

I am so excited for you rainbow...I just know you are going to get news this week! I'm still at work so I haven't made the next move since getting word my wife and I can skip the interview, but I will start the process very soon. Very interested in hearing all the news and interesting tidbits of what happens after landing. I wasn't sure if the PR gave them the ability to travel to and from Canada or not. I take it from KJG's post that they are not. Does it also mean they can't go back and forth to Cuba for a visit??? I also will have to leave my spouse at home when I go away to work and find your anecdotes a great source for forethought. Thankyou KJG.

I am soooo excited Voot Voot Whoop Whoop Woo Hoo :-* :-* :-* ;D ;D ;D 8) 8) 8) Sosaga you are right Woo Hoo got the call today... AOR December 04th. Hubby has an interview January 07th 2013 at 1:35pm precisely. He was asked to bring his passport, documentation of his property, all of my passport pages copied, and proofs of new and continuing of our relationship communication from after the wedding(since submission of app). ie; telphone bills, texts, pictures, airline tickets, vouchers etc. as it has been 7 months since I was there for the wedding. Please if possible Sassylassie can you add my updates to the spreadsheet? You may have given birth now? When you can would be grrreat.Or someone else if Sas cannot? 8) I am doing the happy, happy dance Sosaga and my dancing shoes are just warming up LOL DDG you are next girl Woo Hoo ;D

****Ooops I made a mistake No AOR as of yet... still waiting for that.Tuesday Dec 04th is when hubby was informed of the interview for January 07th 2013. Please update my mistake when possible sorry and thankyou. Hubby is very excited. He is also doing the happy dance. ***** ;D ***

I know!! I've heard they only give visas on Thursdays though here, but I had a friend who got their visa on a Monday, so I guess we'll see when it comes! Since it will be Xmas eve for us, Im PRAYING for the xmas gift of a LIFETIME! Congrats again Rainbow!

So spoke with hubby. Things are going good and not good lol, but we are in the finall phases and just dealing with lawyers etc.
As much as I want him here like yesterday, I know he will not settle down here unless we have his mom sorted out.
But it looks like he will come next Thursday or Friday. I'll know for sure on Monday after his lawyers appointment. So yeah woo hoo, 1 week to go.

Your friend that got the visa on a Monday, was it recently?

He landed in October, but he got his visa way before that.. I think August maybe? They had lots of problems with the PRE after that because of military issues. Keeping my fingers crosses anyways!!
