hello guys, my situation is very complicated, I have applied for H&c 2 years ago but 6 months before I asked for refuge online they send me online package by Canada post then immigration contacted my lawyer that i have ongoing h&C case and i want to apply refuge so i didn't applied for refuge didn't fill the application, my lawyer told my this thing make my application delay. right now its been two years no answer, feel like they lost my H&C application? any 2020 applicant still waiting for aip?

wow, that was fast! my file has been in process for 7 months, not heard anything yet. all the news says it will be faster to process, so far i haven't seen any improvement in speed. it feels like applications before June 2021 got a quick decision.
