Hello all! My application is in process since mid january and applied for gcms notes. Can someone please let me know what kind of information I should expect to see in gcms notes? Will I get a hint of officer’s opinion on my application? What is current processing time for gcms? Thanks!

hey @Ayanna do you know much about JR for H&C? I ask my lawyer questions he doesn’t answer just tell me when they make a decision he will let me know. I see online that the last thing posted about my JR was that my lawyer sent in his written argument that was in November. So I ask him if I will get answer within the year or should I stop JR and just let me current H&C process. He not giving me any answers.
jr decision is from 3 to 24 months
You could get answer in 6 to 18 months it’s all depends on pandemics
Now days everyone making excuses because of pandemic you know that
That good as long you have jr in process your not removal
don’t withdraw your jr
Sometime if the h&c officer think you have solid grounds for H&c he/she will go with process your application
