Thank u! I applied for it hoping that I will get a bit of idea what officer is thinking about my case. If needed, i can add more documents to address officer’s concerns then.

here Is the everything
Regulations, such as medical, security, passport and arrangements for your care and support. As your application is processed, separate decisions will be made about whether you meet these other requirements.
Should you require a “Certificat de Sélection du Québec” (CSQ), IRCC will contact the « Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration» (MIFI) on your behalf.
Please note that your application for permanent residence could be refused if:
 you and your family members do not meet all other requirements of the Immigration and
Refugee Protection Act and its Regulations for which you have not been granted an exemption;
 you receive a letter asking for a reply and you do not respond within the specified period;
 you fail to advise IRCC of any changes to your address and contact information. You may inform IRCC of changes by contacting the IRCC Client Support Centre or online at http://www.cic.gc.ca
If your marital status or personal situation changes, you must immediately notify IRCC by sending an email to NiagaraFallsBRO-BRA@cic.gc.ca or by contacting the IRCC Client Support Centre.

To determine whether you satisfy the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and its Regulations, and in order to render a final decision on your application, the following information is required:
PLEASE NOTE: If you previously provided any of the documents/information requested below please advise NiagaraFallsBRO-BRA@cic.gc.ca in your next submission.
UPDATED APPLICATION FORM(S):
If more than 2 years have elapsed since you submitted your original application for permanent residence (H&C) OR if one of your dependents has turned 18 years of age since you submitted your application, you must submit updated Schedule A / Background Declaration (IMM 5669) and Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) forms.
You will find the required forms at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/handc.asp
It is imperative to have an accurate record of all addresses where you have lived for the past ten years. In sections 8 and 12 (Personal History and Address) of the Schedule A / Background Declaration (IMM 5669) form, please ensure that all information is complete and also that you do not leave any gaps in time (attach a separate sheet of paper to the form, if/where necessary). Include Postal/Zip Codes for all Canadian and U.S. addresses. Street addresses must not be left blank.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION
At this time, you (and any family member that has been included in your application, whether accompanying or not) are required to undergo a medical examination.
The medical form will be sent to the email address you provided on your application. Please contact one of the designated medical practitioners, approved by IRCC, and listed on our website to make arrangements for them to complete the medical: http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx Please note that Health Management Branch (HMB) will only accept an immigration medical performed by one of the designated medical practitioners.
POLICE CERTIFICATES
You must include police certificates when you apply for permanent residence for:
 you and your family members who are 18 years or older and
 every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row
You don’t need to give us police certificates for any period of time before you were 18 years old or for time spent in Canada.
After you apply, an officer may ask for additional police certificates from any time in your life since you were 18 years old.
Please note that police certificates are different in each country and territory. For more information on how to obtain a police certificate, please visit: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical- police/police-certificates/about.html

The police certificates must include all criminal records under your name or confirm that you do not have a criminal record. In most cases, you must contact the police or government to ask for a certificate. You may have to:
 provide information or documents, such as photographs, fingerprints, or your addresses and dates that you lived in the country or territory, and
 pay a fee
Please forward the police certificate(s) to this office together with, a certified translation, if the
information submitted is not in English or French.
A COPY OF VALID PASSPORT
Please be advised that you (and any family member in Canada that has been included in your application) must be in possession of a valid passport or travel document in order for us to finalize your application for permanent residence. Please send a copy of the bio-data pages of your passport or travel document to our office. If you are unable to obtain a valid passport or travel document, please provide us with evidence and steps you have taken to demonstrate your efforts to obtain a passport or travel document.
RELATIONSHIP DOCUMENTS
Where applicable, send copies of the following documents:
 If you are married, include your marriage certificate.
 Divorce, annulment or death certificates, if you were previously married.
 Proof of common-law relationship, if applicable.
 Birth certificates for all your dependent children.
 Custody papers for dependent children from a previous marriage or relationship, if applicable.
RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE
We require you to submit proof that you have paid the $500.00 Right of Permanent Residence Fee. Please be advised that this fee applies to only the principal applicant and the spouse/common-law partner (if residing in Canada AND included in your application). It does not apply to dependent children. Information on how to pay this fee can be found on our web site at:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp
After you have paid your fees, you must email a copy of your receipt.
CURRENT FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Provide a copy of a recent letter of employment, a recent paystub or reasons why you are not working and how you are supporting yourself financially. You must provide evidence that you are not in receipt of social assistance or welfare benefits, either directly or indirectly. Your application for permanent residence could be refused if you are not self-supporting.
WORK OR STUDY IN CANADA
If you wish to work or study in Canada while awaiting finalization of your application for permanent residence, you must request and receive an employment or student authorization. You will need the

application kit titled “Application to Change Conditions or Extend My Stay in Canada” which can be obtained by visiting our website at http://www.cic.gc.ca or contacting the IRCC Client Support Centre.
Guidelines to follow in order to help our office process your application efficiently:
 All requested documents and/or information should be scanned and saved in PDF format.
 Each PDF attachment should not exceed 15MB.
 When submitting your documents and/or information, please do not include other family members’ documents and/or information within the same PDF attachment; please separate the documents and/or information per applicant included in your application.
 If you have previously provided the requested documents and/or information to IRCC, simply advise our office of such.
 It is not necessary to provide our office with proof that you have undergone a medical exam, as our office will receive the results directly from the panel physician; once results have been received, they remain valid for 1 year.
 Gather all of your documents and/or information and submit them together at the same time. Sending several emails, with only one or two of the requested items, slows down our office’s ability to process applications in a timely manner.
 We recommend that you use the same subject line as above, when corresponding with our office via email. In addition, ensure to include your UCI and/or application number when communicating with our office.
If you require clarification or more information, please visit the IRCC Web site at http://www.cic.gc.ca, or contact the Client Support Centre (toll-free) at 1-888-242-2100.
The UCI in the upper left corner of this letter is your unique client identification number and it provides access to information on your file. For your own protection, do not allow any other person to use this number, with the exception of your authorized representative.
Yours sincerely,
