How can I apply for WP? i don't have any status and you're not eligible to get WP if you apply for H&C.

You can apply for a WP with H&C it is just not guaranteed. If you are receiving welfare under H&C you are more likely to be approved for a WP so that you get off welfare.

You aren’t usually eligible for welfare on H&C either as a visitor who overstayed. If you were able to secure welfare you are likely to get approved for a temporary WP with the hope that you will stop claiming welfare while your application is processed.

On July 19th you said you’d already applied for a WP.

Did you get official confirmation of receipt when you submitted request? You can email that address. For us it was IRCC.ATIP-AIPRP.IRCC@cic.gc.ca.

yes it is normal for them to arrive at different times. Postal delays. Could you please remind us when did you receive COPR?

Yes it normal Every person receiving is PR card in separated envelope It’s all depends on Niagara Falls office sometime the mail all PR card same time or sometime mail it separately
