est ce que c'est vrai qu'une demande d'asile peut avoir un impact négatif sur une demande pour considération d'ordre humanitaires ? parce que la plupart ou une grande partie des gens qui ont eu un refus sur une demande de protection ils ont eu un refus sur la demande CH.

I need help, I got my COPR recently, my question is CBSA has my passport how can I get it back. Do you guys have any idea? And do I need to go to CBSA office to collect it, do I need any appointment to go and collect or I can walk in. Please advise

I picked 2 weeks ago(at Mississauga) ; just walk in and tell lady at reception I want to collect my passport. I already mentioned that on page 239

Go to CBSA with a copy of your co PR . They will give u a form to fill up . Sometimes they give u right away or sometimes they will just give you a call

2 Nov CoPR; linked my PR Card Application in CIC account.
I checked status today;
Status: We mailed your permanent resident card to you.

Hopefully within few days I will get it in mail.

Please how did u check if they have mail your PR card? How long did you submit your passport photographs? and were was it ,Niagara fall ? D address on top your copr? Thanks

As I said linken PR Card application in CIC Account; if you don't have CIC account create one. Once you link the application; you will be able to see status once they mail it. 2 Nov mailed photos to Niagara Fall at address on top of CoPR. Moreover they mentioned in email that there is backlog in order to scan images for PR; so it will take time. But I guess somehow my pictures got scanned pretty fast.

Same thing as long it’s in process it means your file is moving around
