Can anybody tell us that do you get confirmation email if you send documents to BRO Niagara falla office by email?

We sent 2 emails but never got acknowledgement return email.

We used to get an automatic reply email when we sent email to Vancouver ?

After getting medical requests on my dad's file from Niagara Falls BRO, I had to contact the officer many times (over a period of 3 months), including submissions of documents, and requesting extensions. Each time I got a reply back from the officer (usually the next business day).

The day I submitted the final few documents, I got an e-mail confirmation the very next day from the officer that all my paper work was now complete and my dad's file was being forwarded to an officer for the final review.

I don’t think there’s a refund for the actual application since it’s already been examined.The only time she’d get a refund is if she requests withdrawal before the application is processed or she paid Right to permanent resident fee.Plus she’s going to ask for reconsideration so hopefully she’d be approved after that

I thought it is the right of pr fee .if its processing fee,they can't refund it

Good lawyer very expensive I was pay my $400 per hour but whatever she did we approved first she got us open work permit then h&c it cost us Fortune in the end it’s Worth it

Hi there,i’m So sorry you’re going through all of these.if it’s the same lawyer that represented you in all of these cases, in my opinion, i’d suggest you get a different lawyer to help you.Sometimes a change is what’s needed.Now that your application has been redirected to a different officer,She/he will need to re-evaluate your case and make a decision.So basically,you are having to start from scratch. Like I said,a change may be what you need.I just thought if you aren’t getting anywhere with your current lawyer it maybe a good time to get a different one.Another lawyer may know how to go about your case.Even with doctors,patients seek other opinions if they are unsatisfied with their results.Sometimes,that’s what these lawyers want you to do but they will never tell you; because,they will always get paid regardless.This is your life.You have to cry your own cry.Don’t just sit there and wait for your lawyer to do everything for you.Trust me,I’ve seen it all so I know what I’m talking about.Now,the ball is in your court.

I used have shitty lawyer all she want money but this lawyer will tell you the truth if you have strong case or not
They will tell you don’t wast your time If you don’t Have strong case
