After getting medical requests on my dad's file from Niagara Falls BRO, I had to contact the officer many times (over a period of 3 months), including submissions of documents, and requesting extensions. Each time I got a reply back from the officer (usually the next business day).

The day I submitted the final few documents, I got an e-mail confirmation the very next day from the officer that all my paper work was now complete and my dad's file was being forwarded to an officer for the final review.

I thought it is the right of pr fee .if its processing fee,they can't refund it

Like I said,a change may be what you need.I just thought if you aren’t getting anywhere with your current lawyer it maybe a good time to get a different one.Another lawyer may know how to go about your case.Even with doctors,patients seek other opinions if they are unsatisfied with their results.Sometimes,that’s what these lawyers want you to do but they will never tell you; because,they will always get paid regardless.This is your life.You have to cry your own cry.Don’t just sit there and wait for your lawyer to do everything for you.Trust me,I’ve seen it all so I know what I’m talking about.Now,the ball is in your court.

i agree with you
I used have shitty lawyer all she want money but this lawyer will tell you the truth if you have strong case or not
They will tell you don’t wast your time If you don’t Have strong case
