True some people never care about their parents they rather live with pets… dogs and cats… Sorry Im different… and if Im different it doesn’t mean you have to deprive me right to family- parents.. thats all :)
Not sure how loving your parents has anything to do with a country guaranteeing them permanent status. Most people love their parents doesn’t mean they can all move to Canada.

Hello, my bellicose, name-changing current resident of Limboville, Canada.

I may not have recognized a message from you as I dither and fuss over my mundane daily routines and personal messages have never been my thing.

"In process," is well described here, so yes - it applies to H&C too.

On-line tracking for any immigration process isn't my area of understanding, however H&C is something different from the economic and family-based lines of business for immigration. Shoot me, or hack me to death, but H&C is the backdoor and it doesn't get lots of money for processing because.., it's the backdoor.

What can actually happen to an H&C after it is acknowledged as received, and what indicates that a decision is just about to be made? I doubt that this can be identified with any confidence through any of the information that they input into their system.

There is busy work for clerks for applications sitting on a shelf. Perhaps someone drunkenly rolls a car over a person in Canada. The person has an undecided H&C, so they decide to run all undecided H&C applicants under a criminal check to see if there are any that they can prioritize as criminals and refuse them and then move on.

Oh boy - action - they ran my file for a criminal check so I must be getting close! Nope.

An H&C is in process until it is decided and every time they do something it lands on their tracking system and whatever it was that happened, if it wasn't a decision then it doesn't much matter.

You amigo - you need to operate in an organized fashion where this application has evidence added to it routinely. Screw checking for updates and instead make it your business to collect material to add to the application.

You may want a fast decision, but look to prefer a positive decision and find resources that will help you dress that application up so that they will say, "we can't let this guy get away!"

I get the anxieties and I'd be lying if I said that I can even imagine 1% of the realities of this tension. Time spent looking for updates and reading the tea leaves could be spent reading the policy objectives, and asking your barber for a letter of personal support saying that you have nice hair and would make a fine Canadian (ready to bitch about anything at the drop of their knitted toques).

I think that you'll still be here in ten years, so get cracking on looking good on paper and get a punching bag for home so that you only smile when you go out. Then you can be landed and invite sketchy friends and deadbeat relatives over to join the party.
I don’t understand what makes you think like I will be here for ten years? Based on what you decided that ?

“amigo” are you from Latino?? No don’t you fam.

In short, this is my fourth time I requested to H&C I don’t know how many applications will send in future in case if not get PR, I already decided will keep it going until tenth time to send it H&C claim,

and yes that’s true, always want it faster decision

obviously I prefer get refusal in 6 months rather than approval after 24 months that’s sucks , bro

You dont know my personal situation, I didnt apply for HC just because I felt like it… or because Im not willing to wait another decade for PGP to reopen.I know very well HC is for special circumstances and even then it’s hard to win it. So please since you don’t know my family situation, do not comment and say anything negative about my life or my parents. Karma is a bad thing and I don’t wish anyone bad. Please stop hurting me emotionally. As it hurts to the bones when people talk shit about my parents who gave me life. Lets be respectful to each other on this thread as clearly people end up here for a reason.
