Congrats man, they made a mistake and ruined my job. I was supposed to get bonus this month but still waiting for work permit reconsideration instead of the bonus. I am financially and mentally unavailable lol.

Wow, if I may ask , Do u also have a Rad redetermination (Appeal) ? currently my federal Appeal (JR) was approved and sent back to Appeal division for Redetermination in September 2023. So currently I have both Appeal and H&C application running simultaneously .is urs the same?

Hi, we had redetermination decisions to return the PRRA file to IRCC, (different officer) from the court, how long did it take for the IRCC officer to give the final decision ?
considering that we have H&C running on parallel. Submitted Jan 2024
