Your work permit can't be approved with a deportation order in effect if I get you correctly, u need a good lawyer to fight and stop your deportation order by applying for stay motion and other applications. If u need a good lawyer pls respond asap thanks

Wow, if I may ask , Do u also have a Rad redetermination (Appeal) ? currently my federal Appeal (JR) was approved and sent back to Appeal division for Redetermination in September 2023. So currently I have both Appeal and H&C application running simultaneously .is urs the same?

i completed my submission on february 2023 got my AOR march 2023 But I never heard or called or bothered to ask Agent on ircc . in protal its submitted time and date Action box is empty. How do u some guys know what they passed and were there application is currently in i have read some guys say passed eligibility finger print criminal check in the phone automated it says we dont need fingerprint we dont need medical
how dose some one can get updates my lawyer give me the portal access and it just shows the date and the time of submission.
february 2023 i got AOR on march from that day i have no access to see were my application is no emails no nothing i only see h&c applications time line it went during my application 19 months then 20 months the Decmber its 17 months. how do u guys have this extra information on the automated call it says we are determining ur eligibility we dont need fingerprints we dont need this that
