@Jaxico @Rose2021 update: After our call to CBSA, My partner got email today from Niagara (went to spam) to re-submit police certificate, Rprf and passport copy. He already submitted these in May but I guess they were mis-placed. Signed by Niagara immigration officer's individual ID. I guess his file has finally been assigned to an officer. Niagara started moving. Fingers crossed for you too.

My last document submitted April 23, I called the call center and confirmed that everything was received. Still nothing.

yes that is what everyone says - to wait. Even when he asked his MP to follow up,her assistant said to wait because IRCC may get "upset". Our CBSA agent is a really nice person and helps us follow up (my partner does not have ECAS). He is our only hope.

So y am I getting a fight to get my notes. Like noone wants to give it to me

It is difficult to get the notes now , I applied for Gmcs notes in june , they asked me to submit the consent form from my partner or they will close my request by July 2021. I submitted the consent form, they still went ahead close my request, I didn't get any notes till date.

If we submitted an application before, will all other new submissions be treated as resubmissions? At what point will it be treated a new fresh application?

To submit a new application you have to wait at least six months or more to new application

Because the longer you wait maybe your file doesn’t go to the same officer that’s why

I know if we apply bu courier, you can email to vancouver bro as additional documents but they introduced online version 3-4 montjs ago so probably only one’s who have applied online can help you

My lawyer sent updated documents many times before my file started to be processed
