H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

On Oct 30 th I received request to confirm and after that nothing else, it’s been almost 2.5 months since the request,

I am wondering why did they ask for address?
Let me know if any one knows why IRCC request to confirm residential address

I have the exact timeline (Oct 28). Nothing after address confirmation. I am told that it's usually followed by Portal 1, Portal 2 and then eCOPR.
Usually folks received portal 1 after 15-20 days of address confirmation. I was told that IRCC most likely had met the quota for 2024 followed by vacation/holidays in Dec. Possible reason for delays but yes, my online portal doesn't say anything. Still shows submitted.

If you are caring your parents that much why don’t you leave Canada and living with them ? But since you are “ hard worker “ and can’t take this decision because you will loose much dollars than loving your parents, why you are taking this risk ? U are literally trying to tell members of this forum “ hard workers” must have right and guarantee to bring their casts and tribes to Canada where is the logic ? Dammm totally BS.
