I applied twice during the process of the first one and I didn't get much information (those were horrible times..) May God help us

and Im sitting here complaining about my 6 months I hope they wont take full 20 months to say No! Lets hope for the best and pray to God. Thanks for sharing

@Ceegirl , I will advice you to get your MP involved, because my MP stops my removal 15hrs before my departure through ministeral stay. Since the federal has dismissed your case the only option now is ministerial approval. Lawyer has no power again at this point. Wish you good luck

The refusal came from Toronto office..no medical issues at the time

Is it possible refusal come from Toronto while the processing of application is in Vancouver as a primary office?

I will review it for sure as Im very interested. Unfortunately, Im in the same boat. Officer completely ignored medical evidence + others documents and provided copy pasted response that I later found on various Federal Court decisions. I could not believe my eyes when I saw same exact refusal arguments copy pasted... looks like they have templates and when they see similar cases they just refuse and use templated refusal reasons.

The refusal usually comes from the office that is processing the application..like the application was sent to Vancouver and then it was transferred to Toronto office for processing that's the office that refused us twice

It’s very hard and stressful for people who are still waiting for AIP.
Some people said it will be a good outcome when the file is delayed and take longer, however, it’s not always the case. I saw many cases where they got refused after 2years.

i went to the office of My MP in my region. And followed all the protocol. By signing the necessary documents and do the follow up.

Dear canuck there's nothing to wait for... people play lotto max until they are alive and do not win... at least lotto max is open to play.... PGP lottery has been closed past 3 years and likely wont re-open anytime soon. Wait for what? A chance to play in lottery? If there are 100s of thousands of applicants what are the chances that you will win your parents? As my lawyer said... chances of you winning PGP lottery is ZERO.... H&C is program where people can apply if other program is not available for them (PGP program IS NOT AVAILABLE for people) so if they have special circumstances and H&C factors they should go for it... As I said before Federal Court and Federal Judges have more knowledge of law and know exactly whats right and wrong...Im seeing more and more H&C cases winning at Federal Court so clearly IRCC is WRONG..... Canada needs more immigrants to survive economically and demographically...Canada's population growth is at 2% which is close to extension if no immigrants... Immigrants take jobs that no Canadian will ever take... so if you need immigrants to strengthen your economy and growth then you should also allow their immediate family in if the sponsor is financially eligible...
