Contacted IRCC on call and get to know about decision.

can anyone guide me about PRAA which I already submitted three months ago.

hi-my ecas status changed to "Medicals have been received"
so right now I have AOR in early June 2022, another AOR end June 2022, Processing mid September 2022 and suddenly saw this update today 15th June 2023 (i didnt check since 9th June, so not sure of exact date this was updated)
what does it mean? medicals were done in the past 5 years for visit visa extension...no AIP yet though..
