Hello guys, good evening, please I need your help, I’m a failed refugee and also my appeal was not granted, however my federal appeal was granted and my lawyer will be going for judiciary review next month, please do I have a chance of winning the case? Because a lot of people say federal court always dismiss the judiciary review I’m so worried because I have started going to the airport for signing, once my case is dismissed I will be facing immediate deportation…. I have applied for H&C but I dont know if it will be approved before my judiciary review decision, I applied for H&C in October 2022 and I got the acknowledgment letter in January 2023. Please what are my chances of getting the judiciary review granted… I am extremely worried.. I have 3 kids, 1 Canadian.

Today I got decision on my H&C and it’s refused (details not received) however I have also submitted PRRA in March 2023 whose decision is pending. Can anyone guide me how much chances of getting positive decision on it.

My passport is held by cbsa and it is expired. I already sent a letter stating that we are not in possession of a valid passport and that it is seized by cbsa. Now they are asking for a copy of the bio data page or proof of a passport application? How do I request an exemption? Thanks

You don't need any exemption. Just email the office requesting for your passport explaining your circumstances. At the time your passport was seized , you were given a certified true copy , You can use the certify true copy to renew your passport if it has expired and you also have received AIP. Once you make passport application send evidence of applying to the immigration office requesting your bio data. They will know you are in the process of applying for passport renewal and they will wait untill you receive a new passport. Do not border CBSA at this time as they are also aware

I emailed the officer with a cover letter requesting an exemption from the passport requirements and a copy of my passport bio data page from (CBSA) they responded to me saying the request was granted and they ask for proof of permanent residency fee.

I submitted a paper application. The updates were done through the webform.

Hello house quick question please I call the immigration some minute ago to check the status of my h&C application and they told me my eligibility is pass and they send a mail to my lawyer yesterday please what does that mine because my lawyer have not contact me .thanks

I would suggest contacting your lawyer and have him/her send you the letter...I am believing it's good news since the agent mentioned that eligibility is passed.
