Thanks for this ; why is it that the email was not sent to the lawyer? Just got of the phone and they are saying it must be a mistake or something along those lines. Because she even called and they said they'll get back to her.

Application received : July 22, 2021
AOR: August 18, 2021
Started processing: Sept 16, 2021
Received and email just now that the Humanitarian is refused but in the website ECA still says in process
I would like to ask if when we could reapply or reappeal? Thank you.

in the email said, that all the factors were reconsidered but the officer said is not sufficient that's why it got refused. is their a way we could reapply?
