Your work permit will be approved. I hope you applied before it expired if not, it will take so long to get the approval but if you applied at least a month or two before expiration, you will get it within three month.
It doesn’t matter even if you have exhausted all appeal avenue.

Is that through email or eCAS? If both which way do we recieve first?
And my second question is if they email the applicant or their lawyers? I have my lawyer address on file. And my AOR was received by my lawyer.

If you lawyer email is primary email then it goes to your lawyer
Your lawyer will forward it to you
Hi Im new to the furom, I submitted my application August 2021, AOR October 2021. It states in my eCas “IN PROCESS” but in my GCMS Notes Eligibility is not yet started and also I called Client Support the Agent to confirm and says the same thing the eligibility has not yet started. I also saw in my GCMS Notes that my file’s secondary office is in OSC which is located in Ottawa.

Just a wait in process now. But question, when did you apply GCM and when did you receive it?
As a personal experience I would recommend stay with your lawyer information is better

if you get approval for AIP that means you’re on eligibility pass otherwise you have to wait
Ottawa offices it’s one of the office which process application too
They have more approval then refusal
