If my GCMS don't show either recommendation or anything and it has been transfered from Ottawa to Visa Does this mean there would be no interview?

hmm. They will either enter "Passed" when all done with Eligibility or "In progress" when they ask for docs or interview. The "Notes" section will indicate that.

Can they transfer to VO w/o assessment?

Obviously that is the case they transfered the file w/o any assessments!

Wow. After all this time. What can I say? CIC has its own ways. Hopefully, they will tend to your file as soon as it gets to your VO.

Has anyone been able to decode, what is SADMIN and CONV_ADMIN?

SADMIN is system admin. It seems to be an automated process. For example, when medicals expire, the process will mark medicals as expired.

Not sure about CONV_ADMIN. I don't have it in our notes. What is the context?

Just throwing this out there... maybe "conventional" admin, ie a human as opposed to a 'system' update . . .
