it doesn`t. There are reports of application ending up in other offices as well. Mine ended up in Mississauga

No update after background check on gckey turned “not applicable” last week.. ircc should start working they got almost what they want from work strike.. they even like get $2,500 bonus from not working because of strike!

Looks like lot of people got last update on april 19. Mine also april 19th dependant’s background verification started.
