Then March 29 interview letter received
April 18 interview done
And eligibility completed
Pre arrival letter on April 20
Background done April 26
PPR April 27

Yes this is for my wife spousal case ..everything is done except background progress

Same here, received pre arrival in Nov. and called IRCC today they said all completed-Eligibility, info sharing, security, criminality. Background still shows in progress and idk what they are waiting for now- June 01- a year will be completed for my case.

It’s depends on visa officer some are taking more time

When your application move to visa office and you will get letter which visa office after sponsor eligibility done
